# Strategize and implement the Compensation related initiatives in line with the business priorities

# Create the guidelines /framework for compensation planning in the business

# Support in administration of compensation surveys with the consultants and develop market reference points

# Design & implement Incentive plans in line with Global / regional guidelines

# Support the staffing team with comp related processes/decisions

# Design and Implement business specifics programs for employee retention

# Complete ownership of Compensation related policies

# Bring Operational / functional excellence in the processes while working with the HR team

# Work closely with the business for projecting and tracking the annual employee cost

# Harmonization of Compensation processes across different businesses /entities

# Ensure alignment of global compensation processes / policies and its implementation in India.

# Support the Global/APAC team during Merger and Acquisitions

# Point of contact for the APAC/Global Compensation teams for two businesses in India

# Work closely with other Comp COE members to drive India wide projects

# Align Compensation related policies/processes in line with business challenges

# Standardization of the Compensation processes across businesses

# Strong connectivity with the multiple stakeholders i.e. HR Group, Business Leadership, APAC C&B and Global C&B

# Management graduation with specialization in HR from reputed B School

# Minimum 8 years of overall experience in diverse industry segments, including exposure in MNC environment.

# Ability to conceptualize, design and implement new initiatives/processes

# Ability to sense the dynamic market scenario and change C&B strategies accordingly
