# Discharging responsibilities as UPS Division
Sales head and member of the core committee
giving assistance to all other verticals.
# Spearheading efforts across supervising, training
& handling team members to ensure efficiency
in sales operations.
# Responsible for achievement of Annual Business
# Adept at identifying and implementing strategies
for building team effectiveness by promoting a
spirit of cooperation between team members.
# Designing strategy to fulfil business objectives,
maximize revenues, profits and market share of
# Adept at organizing sales promotional activities
such as campaigns and events and other branding
activities as a part of market development effort;
also identifying, developing and nurturing new
market segments for launch of products.
# Proficient in establishing strategic alliances
/ tie-ups with financially strong and reliable
channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration
# Organising product trials and technical presentations
for the clients to make them aware about company’s
products; also introducing attractive technical
& commercial offers/ proposals focussing on
brand establishment & market penetration.
# Expertise in tracking market dynamics and drawing
inputs to realign tactics/strategies to counter
competition & identify key accounts to strategically
secure profitable business; also shouldering responsibilities
across evaluation of marketing budgets and manpower
# Will lead a 50 person all India based sales
team for the companyAge: 32 and above
