Job Description
 

# Net Additions and Revenue

• Increase pre & post pay sales through inbound sources and increase market share

• Manage circle level inbound sales strategy and improvement in sales and delivery processes directed towards capability building

• Drive revenue / ARPU enhancement through up selling / cross selling

• Capability building and improving distribution health in inbound business and improving sales force productivity

# Inbound channel management

• Develop inbound channel streams and increase channel productivity

• Expand product reach and product visibility in Multi branded outlets

• Focussed segmented approach to derive revenues and competitive acquisition cost

• Strategise different programs to enhance revenue from VAS Upselling

• Increasing market share and revenue enhancement through pre & postpay sales

• Mix of sales across different product lines including small screen data

• Managing and improving penetration of SCRO’s, MT and MBO Business

• Increasing sales through cross sell of data and voice

• Improving network vs. Distribution/ distribution productivity

# Channel partner development and management

• Managing channel productivity and effective channel development

• Developing new alliances and partners to increase sales and product reach

• Monitoring ontime channel payments and special incentive schemes for Partners

• Monitoring Channel partner satisfaction score and channel attrition

# Improve customer experience and delight activities

• Strengthen sales and marketing processes and improve CSAT

• Enhancing product visibility and reach at all inbound product sale points

• Reducing customer churn across segments to increase intention to stay

# Other Responsibilities

• Market visit to meet channel and distribution partners once a week

• Conduct a full team meeting with all Zonal managers once a week

• Review sales performance and monthly targets with Sales team first week of month

• Review customer feedback and channel productivity

• Interact with marketing team in the first week of each month to monitor product launches
