Manager - Mall Management, Delhi for a Real Estate
# To prepare and maintain an Annual Budget for
the Operating Costs of the Mall and CAMS based
on the criteria set by Management.
# To maintain a current Inventory of all plant
and equipment within the control of Facility Management.
# To maintain a constructive working relationship
with Management, Marketing and Retailers at all
# To ensure all Plant and Equipment is maintained
consistent with the Operational Manuals provided
at Handover. Achieve a 100% compliances of all
preventive maintenance schedules through the deputed
E&M Agencies and also AMCs
# To constantly track Common Area Maintenance
Expense to ensure budgets and cash flows are achieved
# To prepare the energy billing as per the Maintenance
Agreement and provide details to the Mall Accounts
Manager within the deadlines given by Head
Mall Operations & FM.
# Quality services to common area and retailers
and ensure regular reductions in complaints.
# Engineers, Electrical
or Mechanical from a college of repute. Please note,
we will not consider any diploma holders for this
role. (Including candidates who have completed a
full time engineering after a diploma)
# 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in a Real
Estate Facilites Division. We're open to recruiting
at both a Manager/ Senior Manager Level. The level
of experience can vary accordingly.
# Good leadership abilities. Excellent communication
skills (Please stress) - Sharp and smart in his/her
approach. Additional Pointers to achieve better
# We are essentially looking at Property Managers.
These are facility management guys with knowledge
of how CAM is calculated/ prepared, budgeting
is done etc. This is a must criteria to be met
by the candidate.
# The candidate should have handled high rise
buildings, not low rise & individual stores.
# The candidate should have experience in handling
a project during transition (i.e must be adept
at fit out management)
