Job Description

# Senior Manager will come with previous ERP/ SAP /Oracle Product & Application Sales experience along with exposure to the Enterprise Application market in the North. He will have in depth knowledge of the ERP/IT Applications market, CIO/CFO connect in the Technology, communication, telco and services sector and used to working in a targeted environment, bringing the skills and experience to develop and grow business. He will be responsible for pre sales, delivery governance and Practice management for this sector.

# Define business development and sales strategy along with the Associate Director / Director

- Work with technical and delivery teams for presales stages

- Plan sales targets for the sales team

- Manage / assist managers in managing their sales and revenue targets

- Identify focus segments / key accounts for revenue planning

- Identify potential leads independently (or with others) through networking, cold-calling, trade shows, public speaking, and/or other sources in the assigned sales territory/geography

- Develop relationships with potential buyers through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social gatherings.

Desired Candidate Profile
# In-depth Knowledge and experience from working within ERP & Enterprise Application space.

# In depth sales experience, with industry expertise ( specifically TCE sector) and proven track record against multiple million dollar sales targets

# Experience in selling large scale project to ET 500/Fortune 1000 firms Ideally 10 years plus experience

# The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales executive with a successful track record of selling to clients in the following industries: Technology (IT/Software/BPO/ITes),Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment and Education

# Active knowledge and relationship in the North (NCR) market

# Proven experience working in the executive suite, Knowledge of the local market (North India)

# Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty

# Advance sales and marketing skills.

# Well networked in the ERP eco system

# Global expertise and perspective

# Exceptional communications skills.
