Job Description

# Set HR objectives, strategies, policies & processes;

# Assist in building culture, structure & roles;

# Deliver recruitment goals on time and within budget;

# Set and monitor employee performance measures and manage appraisal systems;

# Set effective compensation systems and remuneration structure;

# Manage human resource information system;

# Manage payroll processing, ensure the correct payment of employees within company parameters and according to legislation;

# Manage training & development activities

# Conduct programs for health, safety and employee wellness

# Conduct HR Audits;

# Facilitate change processes;

# Ensure statutory compliances;

# Liaise with Local Bodies & Government Authorities;

# Work in close partnership with management, business unit and overseas office;

# General administration- Provide communication support and oversee facilities like vehicles, guest houses, courier, stationary etc.

# Monitor and adhere to HR & Admn Budget.

Desired Candidate Profile
# Training, Experience in (MNC).

# Experience in new company set-up will be preferred.

# 10-15 years relevant experience in EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction).
