Job Description & Candidate Profile
As Lead Digital, you will be responsible for building the Digital portfolio in Mumbai, mining the current opportunities among PR clients as well as exploring new business independently. You will also drive integrated PR solutions for clients. Additionally, you will partner the Director Digital and the PR Practices in developing and implementing the strategic digital business initiatives of the firm.

Ideal candidate should be an entrepreneur and a team player, with superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing, strong relationship management & ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams. Should be able to establish trust with both external and internal stakeholders. As a leader, should be able to articulate, have good attention to detail and good interpersonal skills and have the ability to coach team members. As a business manager, should be able to manage simple P&L while multi-tasking and working under pressure of deadlines.
Experience – 7-8 years of experience in the Communication industry, (Advertising, PR, Digital communication), out of which at least four to five years should be in pure Digital in a leadership position. Digital agency experience preferred.
