Overall position purpose
The HR Business Partner will act as business partner to the Service lines in Bangalore. The role is responsible for mobilizing the Talent priorities and assist in the delivery of all key Talent strategies and processes, identify and deliver new initiatives and assist the business in formulating Talent strategies.
The role will have a focus on building relationships with key stakeholders in across the Bangalore location whilst working closely with peers in the Talent team.

Qualifications, knowledge & experience
# Regular MBA from a good institute with 8 to 12 years of post-qualification work experience
# Stable Profile with minimal job changes
# Preferably from the consulting sector / BFSI / IT sector
# Excellent Communication Skills
