Experience in Handling Customer Experience, Upselling, cross-selling, handling operations, setting systems and procedures
Age Profile: Mid thirties, preferred
Experience:10+ years experience with at least the Last 4 - 5 years in the services industry (preferably eCommerce Industry)
Basic Prerequisites: Right Attitude, good communicator and great listener
Excellent Communication Skills & a Pleasing Personality
Good Pedigree in terms of education and experience.
Set high standards in the service industry and make sure the company delivers that, and more to every client that connects with then.
Person will be responsible for creating a WOW factor for everyone who connects with them, including distribution partners and guests with sophistication of service.
Manage expectation, both set internally and those of our clients externally. Since as a brand, the company only has its services to rely on, as they don- t own the cruise lines and vice-versa.
The role would include defining those expectations/values, creating a structure for them to be carried out effectively within the organization, tweaking them if necessary and as times demand, training people on them and monitoring outcomes.
