Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
To direct the sales and marketing team and establish sales targets category wise, product wise as per ABP, help them in breaking the same geographically, quarterly, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
Develop marketing strategy for new and existing products and oversee implementation of the Marketing strategy -including ATL & BTL campaigns, events, channel partner meets and PR.
To plan and implement local sales promotion and (liaise with different Creative and Advertising agencies for different campaigns.
Help in developing long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through category/product/ territory mix decisions.
Regularly have commercial review for profitability and working capital including debtors.
Have a clear focus on channels to increase Distribution, Visibility and sales volumes.
Create and plan yearly sales marketing plan with ROl analysis
Generate market insights with information on competitor channel partners, pricing, and discount and promotion activities.
Achieve Turnover & Profit targets, conduct regular reviews with the regional teams
Must be strong in sales planning & strategy, Sales & Marketing concepts, product positioning, product development, Branding, people management, competitive analysis, understanding the customer & customer needs and Client Relationship.
MBA or equivalent (Sales & Marketing) from a reputed institute
15+ years of total experience with minimum 10+ years in mid-senior managerial capacity related to Sales & Marketing in a reputed firm (Preferably from Auto / Auto Ancillary Companies)
