Job Description & Candidate Profile

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve sales target through supervising and motivating sales executives in the region as well as direct sales effort
  • To develop strategies to build new accounts as well as maintain a strong relationship with existing customers. This will involve research on current and potential future market trends.
  • To Manage a team of Sales professionals throughout India and will coach the team on business development and margin maximization.
  • Develop new business and improve account penetration in the region, Handle customer demand forecasting and budgeting (sales volumes, values, unitary contribution)
  • Develop new accounts. Work with customer service on account issues, questions, and opportunities.
  • Keep management well informed of account and territory issues through timely and effective communications
  • Identify appropriate sales opportunities, drive key customer relationships and lead commercial negotiations where applicable

Desired Candidature:

  • 15+ years of working experience in sales preferably within the chemical industry.
  • Dynamic, driven, positive and a confident personality Outgoing personality with interest to work with customers is strongly desired
  • Involve into sales analysis, sales report & review of team.
  • Requirement: Bachelor Degree preferably in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent Communication skills
