Job Description & Candidate Profile
Drive sales through channel partners, Scout for new channel partners, develop network of partners for sales
Follow up direct leads Contact Client, conduct effective meetings and close deals
Find new channels to generate Leads & Prospects
Prepare market intelligence reports, advise management how to make products more appealing
Prepare & execute presentations
Overseeing signing of documents
Participate in marketing activities
Inform channel partners on inventory availability and new schemes
Revenue generation for the Company. Managing the sales team, developing sales plan, to meet targets.
To train, induct and manage channel partner network. Plan promotional activities through channel partners. Undertake broker events, plan broker ads & other related activities.
Networking & building relationship with the customers/investors/HNIs/NRIs.
Manpower planning for Sales & Marketing
Create relations with financial institutions/wealth management teams to ensure co-branding
Inventory management; ensure the stock is maintained & updated correctly. Reporting management with actual sales figures. Preparation of sales report.
Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development.
To study the competition in terms of sales/marketing strategies & suggest value add to the company
Devising the apt mix of ATL & BTL marketing activities across different geographies to correctly position/build the brand image while providing the right sales impetus.
To monitor and manage marketing budget. Plan the Marketing calendar and create/deploy Marketing strategies.
Initiate the preparation of a detailed advertising plan, brief the advertising agency on the same and ensure effective implementation of the various components of the plan, Handling design, planning and implementation of website & all Online Marketing Initiatives
Effective use of various social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) maintaining a connect with select target audience and for promotion of project
Explore partnership with various magazines and radio channels either as part of barter exchange or otherwise, for the promotion of the project
To work out appropriate media strategy to meet company objectives as also to deliver required efficiencies for new launches.
Identify & plan the participation in events/exhibitions/promotions on domestic & international level to ensure brand building & lead generation.
Plan the design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads, outdoor, mailers and other marketing collaterals. Brief marketing agency and get the desired output
To work with marketing agency(ies) to create relevant marketing plan which is in-line with the proposed position
