Maintaining senior level relationships to take client engagement to the next level through in-depth understanding of client & industry. The CRL advises the client by giving strategic inputs to the overall PR campaign and reviews PR strategy & associated PR tactics for effectiveness.
Play a role in the expectation setting with clients in terms of the tangible deliverables and broad deliverables.Broad -Proactive dealing of customer escalations and being able to resolve the same independently.
Leading Innovation and creative ideas to solve a client’s business challenges.Facilitates intelligent dialogues between client and stakeholders - like industry bodies, industry influencers etc.
Influencer Engagement- The CRL is expected to have relationships across stakeholders including media and industry bodies
The CRL plays a key role in Business Developments and assists in the development of product offerings and services to clients for the vertical and also does active networking and sourcing of leads and opportunities for BD.
He/she is expected to farming clients to enable scoping/ deepening of existing relationships and scouting for opportunities to enhance existing relationships with existing clients.
The CRL is responsible for ensuring Manpower planning and utilization between various clients ensuring efficiency and optimal use of resources.
The CRL plays a key role in hiring, rewarding and building a cohesive team that delivers the emerging needs of the client in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience:
10-15 of years of experience in PR, communication and client servicing.
Good Client Management and Negotiation Abilities to be able to convince and manage clients.
Experience in public relations and specifically the consumer[ food and fmcg clients]Should have worked on plans and strategy and managed teams
Ability to work under high pressure situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
Understanding of stakeholders and strong existing relationships.
